Welcome to You Pro Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the You Pro Inc website (the "Site") and our freight management, warehousing, and logistics services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

You Pro Inc provides end-to-end freight management, warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain consulting. All shipping timelines, transit times, and delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in a separate, signed service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

User Responsibilities

When requesting our Services or submitting information through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring that any cargo tendered to You Pro Inc complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including hazardous materials regulations and customs requirements.

SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from You Pro Inc, you agree to the following terms:

  • Consent: You consent to receive service-related and promotional text messages from You Pro Inc, including updates on shipments, industry insights, and account notifications.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number you received the message from. Upon sending "STOP," we will send a single confirmation message, and you will be unsubscribed.

  • Assistance: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to Contact@youproinc.org.

  • Rates & Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Invoicing and Payments

Qualified clients may be offered invoice billing terms (e.g., net-term invoicing) subject to credit approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for Services is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, You Pro Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) delays, loss, or damage to cargo outside of our direct control, including acts of God, port congestion, or carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site.
